Record what matters

Add money you owe, money people owe you, payments, assets and useful proof.

2

They can help Amanah check on you. They do not automatically get access.

3

Stay private

People help confirm

The Vision for Amanah

Before burial, check Amanah.

I don't want Amanah to just be another app Muslims use. I want it to become a standard.

Before a Muslim is buried, one of the first questions we ask is: “Was this person owing anyone?”

But what if the person they owe lives in London while they are being buried in Lagos? What if someone owes them money that the family knows nothing about? What if they own land or another important asset nobody around them knows exists?

This is why I'm building Amanah. It is a private place to record debts, money owed to you and important assets while you are alive.

If someone searches for you, Amanah never shows your debts, assets or trustees. It simply says: Yes, this person has an Amanah record. Reach out through Amanah.

Your records stay protected. The goal is simple: one day, checking Amanah should become part of what we do before a Muslim is buried.

Start with clarity

Don't leave important things for people to guess.

What is Amanah?

Amanah keeps a private record of debts and important assets.

Are my debts and assets private?

Yes. Trustees cannot browse your active account, and public search does not reveal private financial records.

What is my Amanah ID?

It is a unique lookup ID that helps locate your Amanah record without unlocking private information.

Can my trustees see my debts and assets while I’m active?

No. Trustee status alone never unlocks debts, assets, payments, evidence or private notes.

What happens if I don’t respond to an activity check?

Amanah reminds you after 7, 14, and 21 days. Only then may we contact your trusted people. Your records stay locked.

What is Legacy Access?

Your records stay locked until every required check is complete.

Why should I record an asset in Amanah?

Recording an asset helps ensure that its existence and relevant location information are not lost.

Can someone search for my Amanah?

Yes. Search with their Amanah ID or phone number. A match only lets you send a request through Amanah.
