Legacy Access

Limited access with safeguards

Adding a trusted person does not give them access. Legacy Access begins only when there is a real reason to believe something has happened to you.

While you are active

Trustees cannot browse your obligations, evidence, private notes, settings, or account. An aware trustee receives only the information needed to understand their role.

How a request is reviewed

A missed Life Check does not prove that someone has died. Amanah tries to reach the owner, contacts the people they chose only after the final reminder, and keeps every record locked while there is doubt.

What approved access means

Any approval is time-limited, restricted to a defined purpose and scope, and recorded in the audit history. It never gives unrestricted account access.
